Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, festivals, weather conditions or courier delays.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can use these details to track your shipment.
Delivery Address
Please make sure that your delivery address, phone number and PIN code are correct while placing the order. Ritzee Trends will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Failed Delivery / Return to Origin
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, refused delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or an unboxing video.
