Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories and invoice included.
Damaged, Wrong or Missing Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number, clear product photos and an unboxing video on WhatsApp or phone.
Non-Returnable Items
Products may not be eligible for return if they are used, damaged after delivery, without original packaging, or returned without a valid reason.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup where available. In some locations, customers may be asked to self-ship the product. Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during return transit.
Refund Process
After the returned product is received and checked, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or shared bank details, depending on the payment mode.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
